We have an urgent requirement for the position of Area Sales Manager - Working Capital- Agri for Chennai location.

Desired Profile:

- Should have minimum 2 -3 years of experience in finance industry along with team management skills.
- Should be aware about Credit, Collection & Legal activities.
- Should be able to manage multi-locations to generate the business at targeted area.
- Should have good network (Rapport) with dealers & sub dealers for term loan.
- Should be flexible for working hours & extensive travelling.


KRA:

- Development of business at targeted areas & need to manage existing clients.
- Providing training to the team, dealers/ sub dealers to generate quality business.
- Need to focus on file process to maintain the TAT & to provide good services to the clients.
- Maintenance of routine business activities & file process in MIS on daily basis.
- Has to update daily, weekly & monthly MIS at HO
