Job Description

We are looking for a Manager - Talent Acquisition to manage our end-to-end recruitment process in South India - Identifying potential hires, to interviewing and evaluating candidates. You will have the opportunity to utilize your extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition.
* Sourcing Techniques and meeting recruiting targets and managing internal requirements
* Responsible to manage end-to-end Recruitment Process
* Track and report sourcing results

Desired Candidate Profile:

* 6-8 years of experience as Lead/HR Recruiter
* Extremely good communication in the English language and good verbal and written communication skills
* Experience in hiring from headhunting from various sources, social networking tools like LinkedIn
* Experience with sourcing techniques
* Graduation in Human Resources Management
* Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)
* Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Sound judgment and negotiation skills
* Strong decision-making skills
