- Appointment of quality Team in the BMCO(Branch Manager + Credit Officer) Branches in their respective area.
- Develop respective BMCO(Branch Manager + Credit Officer) branches in their area
- Training of Credit policy, Process & touching the market to the complete ranks.
- Demonstration impact by periodically on field visit along with the ranks.
- Appointment of quality DSA/Referral through Team.
- Daily monitoring of Team DSR - Quantity & Quality.
- Maintaining the data base of the targeted segment; directly & with the help of the rank
- Communicating and generating leads and leads management for efficient conversion.
- Following up and liasioning with credit & process for maintaining efficient TAT.
- Daily reporting to President.
- To achieve the target as decided from time to time.
- Portfolio mgmt.
Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 5,00,000 PA.
