Execution KRA :

 Appointment of quality Team region wise. Training of Credit policy, Process & touching the market to the complete ranks. Demonstration impact by periodically on field visit along with the ranks. Daily monitoring of Team DSR - Quantity & Quality. Communicating and generating leads and leads management for efficient conversion. Following up and liasioning with credit & process for maintaining efficient TAT. Daily reporting to NSM/VP To achieve the target as decided from time to time. Portfolio mgmt.    

Standard :

Education : Graduate / Post graduate in Finance or Marketing. 4 to 5 years experience in Commercial Vehicle loan segment. Experience of team mgmt. preferred. Good communication skill Ready to travel. Basic Computer knowledge must. Nature of employeement - Onroll
